En los últimos meses hemos conocido la puesta en marcha de paquetes de subvenciones en diferentes localidades, como el Plan Rehabilita del Ayuntamiento de Madrid, para favorecer la accesibilidad en los edificios residenciales a través de la instalación o la modernización de ascensores. En este post nos centramos en las ayudas a la accesibilidad en Castilla-La Mancha que ha anunciado el gobierno de la Junta.
En concreto, las medidas comunicadas por la directora general de Vivienda de Castilla-La Mancha, Inés Sandoval, suponen una inversión de más de 200 millones de euros divididos en ocho programas diferentes, todos dirigidos a la mejora de las viviendas y uno de ellos centrado en accesibilidad. Analizamos las claves para acceder a las ayudas.
Las ayudas a la accesibilidad en Castilla-La Mancha persiguen eliminar cualquier barrera arquitectónica que dificulte el día a día de las personas con movilidad reducida y disponer de elementos que faciliten el desarrollo normal de sus actividades. El propósito de este programa es que los 200 millones de euros presupuestados puedan beneficiar a más de 60 000 personas.
Estas ayudas se podrán destinar a cualquiera de las siguientes personas u organizaciones:
La cuantía de la ayuda dependerá de la inversión total de las obras de rehabilitación de la vivienda, aunque será de un máximo del 60 % del coste total de la actuación. En el caso de que en el edificio o la vivienda resida una persona mayor de 65 años o con alguna discapacidad, el porcentaje que puede subvencionarse se incrementará hasta el 80 %.
Para obtener las subvenciones a la accesibilidad en Castilla-La Mancha será necesario que las personas interesadas aporten la documentación pertinente y cumplan una serie de requisitos. Estos son los principales:
Es importante saber también que, aunque el plazo para solicitar estas ayudas en 2023 cerró el 30 de junio, se prevé que el inicio de la segunda convocatoria comience a lo largo de 2024. Además, estas subvenciones se pueden recibir con carácter retroactivo. Por tanto, aunque una comunidad de vecinos haya terminado las obras y haya pagado al proveedor puede aun así solicitarlas en el momento en que se abra la siguiente convocatoria.
En el contexto actual del mercado inflacionista, estas subvenciones van a permitir que los interesados acometan los trabajos necesarios para mejorar sus edificios y viviendas. Las ayudas de la Junta de Castilla-La Mancha recogen varios aspectos clave para incrementar la calidad de vida de los beneficiarios y aumentar la accesibilidad de las viviendas particulares o zonas comunes de los edificios. Además de los ocho programas presentados, el gobierno de Castilla-La Mancha ha anunciado que en la segunda mitad de la presente legislatura se añadirán dos más, con una inversión estimada de otros 280 millones de euros.
